04 / About the programme
YCDI Innovation Hubs are designed to expand access to practical digital learning in community settings. The delivery model combines facilitated bootcamps, supervised open-lab learning and development of local Change Agents so communities can build lasting delivery capacity.
Delivery spans 12-week cycles with three-hour Saturday sessions and approximately 15–20 participants. Supervised weekday open-lab learning depends on host venue and staffing. Training supports community facilitators and Change Agents. These are delivery-model details, not confirmation of an open Hub at a named venue.
